PACARC believes that the desire to upgrade often coincides with the availablity of test sessions. PACARC has for many years sponsored an ARRL affiliated VE Team which is available for scheduled and non-scheduled test sessions. Dan, KB6NU, has published amateur radio license study guides for the Technician, General, and Extra Class exams. He bills them as "No Nonsense" and they are. The 2018 Technician Class study guide is the one you need for the One Day Tech Class. A PDF version is available for free by going to http://www.kb6nu.com/study-guides. Kindle, Nook, and print versions are available as well, but there is a small charge for them.
