PACARC believes that the desire to upgrade often coincides with the availablity of test sessions. PACARC has for many years sponsored an ARRL affiliated VE Team which is available for scheduled and non-scheduled test sessions. KB6NU has produced two very helpful manuals for the Technician and the General Class test. They are referred to as being no-nonsense and they are. You can get the Technician class manual here and the General class here. KB6NU's home page is here.
